Even if you’re not an avid sports fan, you might recognize his ubiquitous logo, the multi-colored shark that arose from his nickname, “The Shark.” The pro golfer has spent the decades since his meteoric winning streak exploring a wide range of enterprises, including dinning. His name is on the well-established Australian restaurant at Barefoot Landing, so check out what’s cooking at Greg Norman Australian Grille here in Myrtle Beach!

Teeing Up

The Grille offers an appetizing array of Australian-inspired starters, with seafood like Jumbo Shrimp, Yellowfin Tuna, and Calamari, as well as the Broiled Escargot in garlic butter and the Lamb Lollipops–a rack of lamb with a corn and poblano medley. If you like cheese and charc, the “Shark Board” features a selection of charcuterie and cheeses along with crackers and pickled sides. Straight from Australia, there’s also kangaroo braised in a bacon confit. Salads include a Caesar with a heart of romaine, and The Harvest Signature of feta, tomato, berries, and more on mixed greens and a maple balsamic.
